The image of the legendary Soviet taxi-cab of the 70s GAZ-21 became central part of the brand’s visuals which distinguishes Ogonek vodka brand of Mercury company from the competitors and gives him a nostalgic tone. GAZ-21, comment Soldis designers, is a symbol of road which leads you home; it is a symbol of meeting and partiyng.
The car and logo print, which is duplicated at the bottle side with embossing, are executed in the manner characteristic of soviet playbills. Retro style label also supports the overall lyric and romantic impact of Ogonek’s brand image. The brand communicates the feeling of warm friendly evenings, of comfort and coziness.
